She has extensive post-graduate training in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Kalish Mentorship Program, the Hashimoto’s Institute, and Ben Lynch’s Seeking Health Educational Institute, in constant search for more tools to help patients achieve their health goals.
Having experienced her own health challenges with hormone imbalance, infertility, and eczema, as well as her husband’s Hashimoto’s, drives her compassion and determination to do the digging required not only to identify the root causes, but empower and educate clients. She specializes in thorough investigation of root causes and developing personalized treatment programs for autoimmunity, digestive dysfunction, skin conditions such as eczema, and hormone imbalance.
Dr. Davis also has a passion for educating people on the prevention of the chronic illnesses in future generations, by making health and lifestyle choices for healthier babies and families.
Dr. Tammy Lang, DC, has been in holistic health care for 24 years. She graduated with a B.S. from Drexel University and received her doctorate from Logan University. Over the years, she has continued her studies in Functional Medicine through the Kalish Institute, Integrative Nutrition with Holistic Nutrition Lab, Restorative Endocrinology with Dr. Janet Lang and completed advanced clinical training in Nutrition Response Testing.
Dr. Lang’s own personal health journey began after contracting spinal meningitis. At the age of 7, she began experiencing chronic constipation and debilitating migraines that became chronic, daily headaches. For years she tried prescriptions, over the counter medications, and saw many doctors and natural health care providers. It was until she discovered functional medicine that she found her root causes. Lab tests revealed a genetic variant resulting in poor detoxification, as well as poor fat metabolism, hormone imbalance and food sensitivities. Treating herself ended the years of suffering and she now has vibrant health.
Dr. Lang’s mission is to help clients transforming their health issues and conditions through lifestyle education, specialized root cause testing, and provide the tools needed to get healthy and stay healthy. She has a particular passion for women’s hormone imbalances and digestive dysfunction.
